Best aspects of my Christmas hotel stay were the great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located in an area with endless options for food and entertainment, making it easy to find something to do every day. the staff were always ready to help and cheerful. Another advantage was the clean room and good Wi-Fi signal.

There was some noise from outside, which meant that it was sometimes difficult to sleep. , the walls were quite thin and I could hear people in the next room talking.

Clean, spacious room with good water pressure and strong WiFi signal. Convenient location near food stores, restaurants, and a mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Great air-con temperature.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Petaling Jaya. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, with a short 1-2 minute walk to a nearby mall. This area is surrounded by endless food stores and restaurants, so I never had to worry about going hungry. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and bright, creating a pleasant atmosphere for my stay.

The hotel is ideally located right next to a huge mall and surrounded by endless food stores & restaurants. Despite being in a pretty busy area of town, the room was clean and had all the basic necessities available, like an ironing board. the staff were patient and helpful. the hotel had good wifi, and provided free refilling of drinking water beside the receptionist desk.

That the air-con controller was mounted on the wall, which was about 1.8m off the ground. This might make it difficult for people who cannot reach it.

The hotel was located near a lot of shops and restaurants which made it easy to find something to eat. the room was clean and had basic necessities like ironing board which was helpful. the staff was patient and helpful which was a great advantage.

The sound proofing in the room was not up to par and I could hear traffic noise from the busy street outside. the room was quite small and not worth the price paid, with other hotels offering more amenities at a lower price.
